Class: 7th Grade Math

Seventh grade math emphasizes the attainment of proficiency using basic math skills with whole numbers, decimals, fractions, and integers. Other topics include: geometry and measurement, variables and simple equations, statistics and probability, and problem solving. This class will use the mastery learning methodology by incorporation the five strands of math. The five strands of math include: 1) Numbers, Properties, and 2) Geometry and Spatial 3) Measurement 4) Data Analysis, Statistics and Probability 5) Patterns, Algebra and Functions.
