Class Descriptions:

Career Orientation - 8th Grade

Career Orientation is a semester long class with eight units of study. This is a foundational course that uses hand-on activities and research in order to provide students an opportunity for exploring the various career possibilities. Topics covered include self awareness, the world of work, decision making process, budgeting, the sixteen career clusters, job applications, and job shadowing among many others.

Physical Education - 7th Grade

Physical Education at Lincoln Junior High will offer a wide variety of activities with an emphasis on physical fitness and lifetime skills. Every attempt will be made to ensure individual success. We believe that physical education should be enjoyed and become an integral part of the student’s life. The following information should be helpful to you in becoming acquainted with our policies and regulations in physical education class.
