Just in case you were wondering:
 

 

Art Survey (at WJHS) is a one-semester course

designed to continue students' growth

in the area of studio art.

Art 7 (at LJHS) is a one-

semester course designed to introduce

students to secondary level concepts in studio art.

 

Students in both classes will view artists and works from different points in history; will produce several projects where they will gain basic understanding of both elements and principles of design; and students will view, create, and critique various works, which will help them gain more confidence and find ways to express their own ideas.
